To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests, we ask that visitors observe the following policies while visiting the Pillsbury Club.

Admission & Access

The Pillsbury Club is open exclusively to guests with a valid ticket for a tour, event, or experience taking place on the day of their visit. Admission is limited to ticketed guests to preserve the quality of the experience and maintain a comfortable environment for all visitors. Guests may be asked to present proof of their reservation or ticket upon arrival.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including all indoor and outdoor areas. This policy is in place to protect the comfort, health, and safety of our guests, staff, and historic facilities. Guests who wish to smoke must do so off property and in accordance with local regulations.

Vaping Policy

The use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and similar devices is not permitted inside the building. To maintain clean indoor air and preserve the historic nature of the facility, vaping is treated the same as smoking within all interior spaces.

Outside Food & Beverages

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the Pillsbury Club. We offer carefully selected food and beverage options as part of our guest experience, and this policy helps us maintain quality standards, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Parking

Guest parking is available on nearby public streets where legal parking is permitted, as well as in the designated parking lot located across the street from the Club. Guests are responsible for observing all posted parking restrictions and regulations. The Pillsbury Club is not responsible for vehicles parked on surrounding streets or in public parking areas.

Professional Photography & Videography

Professional photography, videography, commercial filming, or content creation is not permitted without prior written authorization from the Pillsbury Club. This includes, but is not limited to, photo shoots, promotional videos, commercial social media content, and the use of professional cameras, lighting equipment, tripods, drones, or similar production equipment. Privacy & Guest Courtesy

Guests may not photograph, film, or record Pillsbury Club employees, tour guides, performers, or other guests without their consent. We are committed to providing a welcoming environment that respects the privacy of everyone on the property. Any photography or recording activity that infringes on another guest’s privacy or disrupts the experience may be restricted or prohibited.

Right to Refuse Service

The Pillsbury Club reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest who violates these policies or whose behavior disrupts the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others. No refunds will be provided for guests asked to leave due to policy violations.
