The Pillsbury Club reserves the right to determine whether a shoot requires prior approval.

Photo & Video Shoot Rentals

Photography rentals are available by advance reservation only. These sessions are ideal for portraits, engagement photos, wedding portraits, editorial shoots, brand photography, and small creative projects.

Photo and Video rentals may include access to approved interior and/or exterior areas of the property, depending on availability, guest activity, staffing, and the nature of the shoot.

All photography sessions must be approved in writing before arrival. Walk-in photo / video shoots are not permitted.

Video and filming projects require advance approval and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Because the Pillsbury Club is a historic property that may also be hosting guests, dining, shopping, tours, or private experiences, filming availability is limited and must be coordinated in advance.

Rules & Guidelines

To protect the property and preserve a comfortable experience for all guests, all approved photography and filming must follow Club guidelines.

• Shoots must not interfere with guests, staff, dining service, shopping, tours, events, or daily operations.
• Photography and filming are allowed only in approved areas.
• No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the building.
• No outside food or beverages are permitted unless approved in writing.
• No glitter, confetti, smoke effects, open flames, adhesives, nails, tape, or materials that may damage surfaces.
• Furniture, artwork, fixtures, antiques, plants, and decor may not be moved without staff approval.
• Wardrobe changes must take place only in approved areas.
• Drones are not permitted without prior written approval.
• Guests, employees, performers, guides, or other visitors may not be photographed or recorded without their consent.
• All equipment must be carried carefully and may not block stairs, hallways, entrances, exits, or guest pathways.
• The Pillsbury Club may require a staff member to be present during the shoot.

Depending on the size and nature of the shoot, the Pillsbury Club may require:

• A signed rental or location agreement.
• Certificate of Insurance.
• Additional insured language.
• Security deposit.
• Staff supervision fee.
• Full payment before arrival.
• Detailed production schedule.
• Approval of props, wardrobe, equipment, and intended use.

Availability

Photography and filming rentals are available based on Club operations, private events, dining service, tours, staffing, and preservation needs.

The Pillsbury Club reserves the right to approve, deny, limit, or cancel any photography or filming request at its discretion.
